The Leve Alimentos has its history based on the tradition of Ricolato and CreamUp ice cream brands.
With the objective to produce milk-rich ice cream, in 1973 the ice cream brand Ricolato started. Ricolato's over 30 years of history are market by the permanent technological updating of its extensive product line production and distribution processes.

In 2006 the brands CremUp, Yoggy and Mercado Yogurt came to be part of Leve Alimentos contributing to the combination of wellfare, health and pleasure that Leve Alimentos provides through its products.

Leve Alimentos was one of the first companies to receive the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certifications. These certifications, jointly granted by SENAI, SEBRAE and ANVISA, are standards that ensure product hygiene and safety. Together with the continued training of our employees, they result in delicious, healthy ice cream.

To distribute our products, Ricolato has a fleet of trucks specifically equipped to transport super cold food, thus preserving the integrity of ice cream until it gets to your home.
